Is it Free to add Listings on Rease?
It is 100% free! You can add as many listings as you want. We only charge a small service fee on the renters side. So we only make money when you make money.
What if My Item Gets Damaged?
All users are verified on Rease so rest assured your items are in safe hands. However, when you create your listing you can allocate a bond amount which will cover any loss or damages.
We advise owners to take photos of their item before and after a booking to show proof of any damages incurred during the rental period, which will help speed up the dispute process between all parties involved.
How can we earn as a lister?
Its simple! You can list virtually anything on Rease. Rease is your gateway to making money out of the items you already own. We have thousands of potential renters so all you have to do is wait for the bookings to roll in!
How can we save as a renter?
Instead of paying a hefty price tag for items you will hardly use, just Rease it! Renters can save money by simply renting instead of buying.
What kind of Items should I List?

We require all our user’s to be verified to ensure your safety and security! We pride our selves in knowing that none of our users have ever been scammed to date.
What if I want to cancel my booking?
Rease allows you to cancel your rental up until the day of your booking. There are no cancellation fees.
Are there any late fees?
As a renter, you will be charged the daily rate of the item if it is not returned on the due date. This fee will commence the day after the item is scheduled to be returned.
Will I be charged the bond?
You’ll get this 3 days after the item has been returned to the owner, unless there are any outstanding amounts due or if the item has not yet been returned.
How do I get Paid?
Rease has partnered with Stripe to ensure you get paid securely. You will need to set up a Stripe account through Rease. Stripe will transfer your earnings directly into the bank account of your choice.
How do I list an item?
Its simple! All you need to do is download the app and go to “List Item” and follow the prompts.
What happens when my item is booked?
Once someone has booked your item, you will be able to communicate directly with the renter in order to discuss any further questions involving the conditions, pick up location, time and return of item.
What happens when my item is returned?
The owner has to mark off the item as returned, for the transaction to be complete. If the renter has not returned the item on the due date, the owner has the option to select ‘not returned’ which will charge the renter each day until the item is returned.
How and when do I get paid?
Once a booking is complete and the item is returned, Stripe will take up to 48 hours to process your funds and transfer the amount directly to your selected bank account.
How do i get a refund?
If you have encountered any issues with your transaction or if you believe the item, you have rented may be faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a refund upon inspection by Rease. All products and items must undergo assessment to clearly identify the fault to provide a fair and easy solution! All claims can be made via email to support@rease.com.au.
